1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Crowdier application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crowdier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Crowdier. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited by law from using this App. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where underage use is suspected.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You may not create more than one account, transfer your account to anyone else, or use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Crowdier to:

• Post, share, or solicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or harms minors — this is an absolute zero-tolerance policy and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, intimidate, or harm any person.
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload content that is illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or infringes on any intellectual property rights.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the App.
• Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or other users' accounts.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the App's operation or servers.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Groups and Matching

Crowdier facilitates group-based social discovery between friend groups. Group leaders are responsible for their group's activity within the App. All members can participate in group and match chats once a match is confirmed. Crowdier does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or safety of any interactions or connections made through the App. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. Exercise your own judgment and caution when meeting people you connect with through Crowdier.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Crowdier (photos, bio, group information, messages). By posting content, you grant Crowdier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You represent that you own or have the right to post all content you submit, and that your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its design, features, code, trademarks, and brand — are owned by Crowdier and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our explicit written permission.

8. Safety and Reporting

We provide in-app tools to report and block users who engage in harmful or inappropriate behavior. We review reports and take appropriate action, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. While we work hard to maintain a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the conduct of every user. If you feel you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the safety of our community. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We are not required to retain your data after account deletion, subject to our data retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Crowdier is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We make no guarantees about the number of active users, the quality of matches, or any outcomes from using the App.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crowdier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crowdier and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If you are an EU/EEA resident, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and take precedence where required. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
